This year, the City Thread Accelerated Mobility Playbook Leadership Gathering will be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Oct. 28-30.
City Thread’s Accelerated Mobility Playbook (AMP) is a roadmap to achieve bold mobility goals in 24 to 36 months. Each year, AMP grantees attend a three-day workshop to provide inspiration and guidance as they move into their next phase of work.

During the gathering, attendees participate in small-group workshops to hear from one other and share best practices. Workshops are led by the City Thread team and leaders from across the country who have used the playbook to accelerate their mobility plans.
Since attending the 2023 AMP Leadership Gathering, participants began accelerating the implementation of 350 miles of connected, comfortable and safe protected bike lanes, sidewalks, greenways and intersections.
